Meet Our Staff

• Raquel has over 20 years in the industry and is our Office Manager who has the all-important task of running a smooth and efficient office. She is the patient coordinator and surgical scheduler as well. She will assist you in arranging your surgery at one of the Paradise Valley and Scottsdale Surgery Centers.

• Carol is a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in plastic surgery. She assists Dr Spies in surgery for operations such as tummy tucks, breast lifts and mommy makeover procedures. Carol also treats patients with skin lines and wrinkles using Botox or Dysport and dermal fillers such as Restylane, Juvederm, Sculptra, Voluma, Revance RHA and Daxxify.

• Bailey – Registered Nurse / Clinic Nurse

  Bailey is a Registered Nurse who works alongside Dr. Spies supporting surgery patients both pre- and post-operatively and is closely involved in each surgical patient’s post-operative recovery. She also focuses on facial rejuvenation and enhancement including neuromodulators (Dysport, Botox, Daxxify) and facial procedures. Bailey joined our team in 2018 after spending eight years in Head and Neck Surgery. A native of Arizona, she completed her licensed practical nursing education in 2008 and in 2021 achieved her degree as a Registered Nurse. She completed her Aesthetic injection training and certification in Scottsdale, Arizona April of 2022.

• Staci – Medical Aesthetician/Laser Technician

  Staci is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician, Certified Laser Technician, and a passionate skincare enthusiast with over a decade of experience in the industry As a Arizona native, she specialized in treatments aimed at addressing sun damage and combatting signs of aging. When she’s not working in the aesthetics room, Staci Enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her beloved dog, Sasha. Her hobbies also include traveling, exploring mew destinations, watching sports games, and even working as a security guard on the side.

• Kate – Front Office Coordinator

  Kate recently moved to Arizona from Tennessee after graduating from The University of Tennessee with her Bachelor’s in Admin and Marketing. She has a warm and friendly demeanor and will be the first one to greet you if you call or visit our office. She will be available to answer your questions, assist you with scheduling, and will be the smiling face that assists you when you check in and out of our office. Kate is passionate about cooking, nature, coffee, cosmetology, and pineapple on her pizza!
